Soy Protein Isolate is a vegetable source of high quality protein, particularly low in fat and carbohydrates. It’s a dry powder food that has been separated from other components of the soybean, making it 90% protein. Our Soy Protein is made from Non GMO defatted soybeans with no other ingredients added. Soy Protein is a good choice for vegetarians, vegans and people who are lactose intolerant. Soy protein and whey protein are equally beneficial in promoting muscle protein synthesis, dispelling an unsubstantiated myth that athletes should avoid soy. Soy and whey proteins actually complement each other well when used in an exercise regimen. Whey protein is high in branched-chain amino acids, while soy protein has high amounts of the key amino acids arginine and glutamine. Athletes who incorporate both whey and soy protein in their nutritional regimens may benefit from their very different rates of digestion and amino-acid absorption. Whey protein digests fast, while soy protein digests more slowly. Together they provide a unique protein stack, source of amino acids needed for muscle growth.

Suggested Usage

Mix 25g (approximately 3 tablespoons) into 200-250ml of water or soy milk. Shake and consume. Use 2-3 times daily or as required.
